Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver Keep Or Remove

I have recently installed windows 10 on my PC and when I boot it up, I find that games had terrible stuttering and lag. This was caused by system interrupts which took up 3-5% of my CPU. This however seemed to be enough to render my CPU unable to do tasks that it could originally do with ease. It turned out that 2 drivers were installed on my network adapter. One is the Qualcomm Atheros AR922X Wireless network adapter, the other being the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. The problem was solved by disabling both drivers, uninstalling the family controller then re-enabling the qualcomm driver and uninstalling the realtek driver. the system ran well in this state with a stable connection to the internet but every single time I start the computer, It reinstalls and reenables the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller again, once again causing the system interrupts. Is there a way to resolve this as I don't want to be going into device manager every time I boot up my PC.

Realtek PCIe FE Network Controller incompatible with 1703 Creators Update. Tried the latest driver directly from Realtek. Attempting to bypass running the install program and simply updating the driver in Device Manager resulted in the same spontaneous restart, regardless of which version driver was used. Method 2: Uninstall Realtek Audio Manager, install new drivers and deny the system the permissions to the Realtek system folder. This method will reinstall the drivers back to the drivers that were installed before Realtek Audio manager was installed on your PC.
