This package provides the driver for Intel USB 3.0/3.1 eXtensible Host Controller and is supported on Latitude/Precision/OptiPlex/XPS/Inspiron/Vostro/IOT systems. Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for Intel® 8/9/100 Series and Intel® C220/C610 Chipset Family. As you already know, you have three problem devices, two of which can be fixed reinstalling the INTEL Chipset for your system, and as for the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver, there is a standalone package and I have placed a link below.
